What is Minuta good for?

How does the AI summary work?

After your recording is transcribed, Minuta's AI automatically generates a structured summary with key points, action items, and highlights — so you never have to re-read a full transcript.

Does it support multiple languages?

Yes — Minuta supports transcription and AI summaries in 50+ languages. You can set separate languages for audio input and for the AI summary output.

Can I import audio I already have?

Yes. You can upload existing audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV) or paste a YouTube link to import and transcribe any video. No need to re-record anything.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your recordings are processed securely and are never sold or shared with third parties. You can permanently delete your data — and your entire account — at any time directly from Settings.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes. In the app, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, all recordings, transcripts, and notes. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can I share notes and transcripts?

Yes. From any recording you can share notes or transcripts as text or PDF, share the audio file directly, or enable a public share link so anyone can view the summary in their browser.

What devices is Minuta available on?

Minuta is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android. Record on the go or from your desk — your recordings sync across sessions.

Is it free?

Minuta is free to try with a full-featured trial. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited recordings, longer audio, and all AI features. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings.

What audio formats are supported?

Record live with the built-in microphone, or upload MP3, M4A, and WAV files. YouTube video import is also supported — just paste a link.
